Serenity Holistic Health and our practitioners value our patients. We take pride in the care we provide and our patients that choose us! This includes respecting the time our patients take to be at Serenity with us. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In the case of Naturopathic appointments, a 48 hour notice is required. 

 

Please review this Cancellation/No Show Policy in its entirety. Booking any service or appointment with Serenity Holistic Health is an acknowledgment of these policies:

 

• We request our patients arrive 5 - 10 minutes before their first visit with us having completed all online intake forms 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to complete intake paperwork in advance may result in forfeiture of your appointment and necessitate rescheduling. This process ensures you, as our patient, will receive the therapeutic benefits from a full session and empowers our practitioners to be fully prepared to serve you.

• Payments for services are processed at the time of service; refunds will not be issued. We accept credit card, checks and cash as payment. It is our policy for all clients to keep a current credit card on file. Customer credit card information is protected from unauthorized access and complies with all HIPAA and data protection regulations.

• Naturopathic Intake Appointments require 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling as a full 2 hours are reserved for this visit.  Please complete Naturopathic Intake paperwork no less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment to allow our physicians adequate time to review pertinent medical history and prepare for the appointment. Please make sure to come prepared with questions and to take notes on recommendations.

• Scheduled appointments may be cancelled by contacting our office via phone or email. They may also be changed through our online booking page up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time after which you will need to call or email. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior (or less than 48 hours prior for Naturopathic per above) will be charged a $75 late fee. Appointments cancelled day-of, and no-shows, will be charged a fee equal to the service booked.
