Christian Molina-Godinez is founder & owner of Manos Sagradas Integrative Massage Therapy. He was born and raised in Pilsen nieghborhood of Chicago & proudly honors his Indigenous-Mexican heritage, a culture that profoundly shapes how he understands and approaches healing.
Christian's path to massage therapy began early, watching his Abuelita perform sobadas in their family living room. Those moments planted a seed that has since grown into a lifelong calling rooted in tradition, intuition, and care.
Christian received formal training at the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy, he continue to deepen his work through Alchemical Alignment & he had an apprenticeship in curanderismo. These practices deepen Christian's trauma-informed approach to massage therapy; where touch becomes a tool not only for relieving physical tension, but also for reconnecting with the energies & resilience of the body.
Intention plays a vital role in Christian's sessions, helping clients slow down, reconnect with their bodies, attune to how emotions, memory, and stress live in the body. Each session is guided by presence, thoughtful touch, and a deep respect for every individual’s unique journey.
When Christian is not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find his outside with his dog (Logan), biking around the city, or practicing danza azteca.
