Serenity Holistic Health offers recorded Educational Lab Reviews for people wanting lab test interpretation and holistic perspective from a naturopathic doctor on a specific lab test. Educational Lab Reviews do not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and any Serenity Holistic Health provider. The intention of the Educational Lab Review is to be an educational resource, providing a review of lab test results as a snapshot of one aspect of your health given the specific lab submitted. Always talk with your licensed medical provider about all your lab results.

 

Here's how it works:​​

• Complete the form below to order your Educational Lab Review. Please make sure to include the lab you are interested in having reviewed. The Educational Lab Review Service is $295 for the review of a single lab test.

• You can purchase lab tests directly from the Serenity Holistic Health Lab Shop or procure them through your health care provider. Lab work must be acquired by the person purchasing the Educational Lab Review and is not included in any form as part of the Lab Review Service fee.

• We review the following labs are part of our service:

  • DUTCH Test

  • GI-MAP (GI Microbial Assay Plus)

  • Basic Blood Panels (Includes CBC, CMP, cholesterol, vitamin D, B12, HbA1c, thyroid panel, and hormone panels. Contact our office to confirm if other blood work panels are eligible.)

  • MycoTox

  • Hair Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

  • OATs

  • Genetic Polymorphism Testing

  • Food Sensitivity (ALCAT)

  • Micronutrient (CNA)

• Once you provide the chosen lab test result to us, a Serenity Holistic Health naturopathic doctor will create an educational overview and explanation of the chosen test via a Loom video recording within 14 business days. There is no limit to the number of labs you can have reviewed by us, but each order only covers a single test.

• No other health history is collected about you for the purpose of this service, it is only a review of the lab test result submitted. No medical advice or treatment is provided and no diagnoses are made based on the lab results. This is solely an educational resource.

• Serenity Holistic Health Inc. and the Serenity Holistic Health providers are not responsible for following up on any abnormal results. You are solely responsible for making an appointment with a licensed healthcare practitioner to review your lab results and obtain medical advice and treatment. We recommend you schedule an appointment to review any abnormal results with a licensed healthcare practitioner in your State.

• All sales are final and no refunds can be offered once you purchase the Educational Lab Review and upload your test results. Once you upload your test results, you waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.
