Serenity Holistic Health Cancellation Policy
Serenity Holistic Health & our practitioners value our patients. We take pride in the care we provide and our patients that choose us! This includes respecting the time our patients take to be at Serenity with us. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

We request our patients arrive 5 - 10 minutes before their first visit with us AND complete all of our online forms prior to their appointment. Failure to complete intake paperwork in advance may result in forfeiting of your appointment time and necessitate rescheduling at the next available time, causing delays. This ensures you, as our patient, will receive the therapeutic benefits from a full session.

Payments for services are processed the same day and refunds will not be issued. As a reminder, if you cannot make an appointment we require 24 hours notice in advance of the appointment or the payment will be processed.

For Naturopathic Appointments: Naturopathic Intake Appointments require 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling as a full 2 hours are reserved for this visit. Please complete Naturopathic Intake paperwork 48 hours in advance of your appointment at minimum and allow adequate time to review pertinent medical history.
You can cancel a scheduled appointment through our online booking page, or by contacting our office by phone or office email. There is no cancellation fee if you contact our office before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you choose to book any service or appointment with Serenity Holistic Health, it is an acknowledgment of this policy.

Online Medicinary
Our online dispensary is a convenient way for our patients to access physician quality supplements recommended by our team. You can also shop non-toxic skin and personal care items! Serenity Holistic Health patients receive a 10% discount, and shipping is always free on orders over $50.
Order Labs Online
Our online lab system is a convenient way to order your own functional labs or place orders for lab kits recommended by our care team's & have them shipped directly to your home. After you complete the test(s) at home, you will mail your samples to the testing lab with a prepaid shipping label or schedule a blood draw locally.
You will receive a secured link to your lab results once they are ready. Our team provides lab evaluation and management appointments for established patients only at this time, you can always book an intake appointment after you receive your results if you need support.
